George Dans began his retail sales career in 1975. He is a sales training professional armed with enthusiasm, confidence, self-esteem, and effective selling skills. George was a top producing salesperson for a leading Honda dealership in Southern California and promoted to team leader, closer, manager and eventually became their Director of Sales Training. As a hands-on visionary, George created a complete in-house training program and developed a solid reputation for his ability to recruit, hire, train, motivate and coach a top producing team of sales professionals.

George Dans has been helping automotive dealerships reach the next level in sales, gross and team performance since 1993. He has championed several training seminars and workshops on a factory level for Toyota, Honda, Daimler Chrysler and Kia - all resulting in measurable increases in unit sales, market share and customer satisfaction. George has recently completed custom in-house training for dealerships in Canada, Puerto Rico, and Mexico; plus has spoken for The ADA Groups in Ohio, Massachusetts, Georgia, and Canada. George spoke at the National Auto Dealers Association Convention and Exposition 2004 and has been chosen to speak again for NADA 2005. He is also a featured trainer for NADA and their continuing education classes. George has been selected as a prestigious member of the National Speakers Association for 2005. His client base includes successful companies with revenues in excess of $250 million dollars, and the ASTN (Automotive Television Satellite Network). George has spoke at the Mexican Automotive Symposium, Daimler Chrysler Minority Dealers Association, Wisconsin Automotive & Truck Dealers Association, the Buy Here Pay Here Conference, and Special Finance 20 Groups across the country.
